Spoilers for "In the Cradle"

I used the Episode map suggestion from the Smallville RPG to write this episode. I have vague ideas of what I want each episode to be about (and which villains, if any, to Feature) but mapping out the relationships really helped me loop in stuff characters care about fighting over and willing to challenge each other for.

We're also adding a new Lead to the game, which I am in the process of creating. She's the strange outlier on the relationship map, but I already have some ideas on how to get her involved.

The Episode map is below the jump. If you don't want to be spoiled, stop reading here.

Here's the basic plot - A crew of criminals from Hub City want to make a splash and decide to hit the Burton Museum of Modern Art during an art exhibit featuring local artists celebrating 10 years of Batman. The leads are caught up in the crisis and soon find out that Catwoman is also at the museum, casing it for a later theft. Do they convince her to defuse the situation? Does she walk if she helps them out?

So, let's talk relationships:
Morgan/Jack: They are protective of each other. So obviously, one ends up with a gun to their head.

Morgan/Lisa: Their relationship is mostly professional, so let's throw in a professional complication. They both have Harley Quinn as a feature, so let's use her as a wedge. Harley secretly entered a painting into the exhibit and wants to go. Morgan can get her out if she is accompanied by an officer of the law. Lisa is a member of the MCU and would probably want to keep an eye on Quinn anyway.

Morgan/Arthur: Most of Arthur's relationships paint him as trustworthy, so we need to hammer at that image. In Morgan's case we use Arthur's friend Tommy Goodspeed as the wedge. Goodspeed is the younger partner in Goodspeed and Loeb, the criminal firm that exclusively represents Batman's villains in court. Goodspeed would be invited to the event, since he's rich. If Arthur is so trustworthy, why is he hanging out with this jerk?

Lisa/Arthur: These guys don't get along - she's a wannabe Batman, he lets scum back out onto the streets. One of the criminal gang is one of Arthur's former clients.

Lisa/Jack: Another uneasy pairing. Jack is trying to go straight but Lisa knows it's just a matter of time. If Catwoman showed up asking for a favor and Lisa finds out about it, that does a good job of setting them against each other.

Jack/Arthur: Their relationship is also pretty positive, so we have to wedge that apart. Jack's buddy Frank is still 'in the life' and helped set up the job at the museum, recruiting Arthur's former client.
